Add chicken and chicken stock to crock pot – Enjoy the best chicken noodle soup I’ve ever had

Chicken noodle soup is an absolute classic. It’s hearty, comforting, soothing, and delicious. Whether you’re sick fighting a cold or it’s cold outside, chicken noodle soup is a family favorite worth making. Fortunately, it’s another great dish you can make using a crock pot or slow cooker.

  • 1 1/2 lb chicken breast
  • 8 cups chicken stock
  • 3 carrots, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 3 stalks celery,
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley

Season the raw chicken breasts with salt and pepper to taste. Then place in a slow cooker.

Stir in chick stock, garlic, onion, celery, thyme, and rosemary. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cover and cook on low heat for 6-8 hours.

Remove the chicken from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks.

Return the shredded chicken and add spaghetti to the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low heat for an additional 30 minutes.

Stir and add parsley on top. Then enjoy this hearty meal!
